Modula System Logistics, a range of state-of-the-art semi-automated vertical lifts from Italy, and the system of choice across Europe and the world for small parts storage and retrieval, have been received with considerable enthusiasm by the local market since BARPRO incorporated this equipment into their range of space-saving storage solutions last year.
This month Modula has exhibited two brand new innovative additional systems at the CeMAT expo in Hanover; the first being the ‘One-Ton’ – the first Vertical Storage Lift system in the world able to accommodate up to 990kg in every tray in any unit across the range, right up to the widest trays of over 4m. The other new system is the ‘Next’ – the first Vertical Storage Lift to offer automated sliding security shutters on each individual tray within the machine, offering unprecedented levels of security and picking accuracy for industrial and commercial activities where these issues are paramount.
