On a recently inspected Storax system, it was found that a local maintenance fundi had, amongst other things, welded all the axle plates to the wheel unit fabrications. This is like someone driving is Porsche Cayenne around Cape Town who hears a rattle coming from his exhaust. Seeing a pair of ramps under a tree by the side of the road manned by 2 guys with a cutting torch he drives the Porsche up the ramps and tell them to fix it. Wouldn’t you think the Porsche driver was mad? If you do, just remember that your Storax system cost a lot more than a Porsche and makes you money rather than being just a depreciating asset.
