Mike Vermeulen

Mike Vermeulen joined Barpro Storage in May 1999 to install and maintain Storax mobile racking systems. Previously Storax had sent technicians from the UK which no longer met the needs of this developing market. Mike soon realised that more spares would need to be made in SA to keep pricing competitive and to have them available at short notice when required by customers. A workshop was started which can now produce all mechanical components and complete storage systems. Mike and his team have also learnt about other makes of mobile racking so as to service and upgrade them as and when required.
