Andrew Perks, SAQCCGas registered Cat C Inspector of A. Perks Enterprises will be hosting an Ammonia Safety Seminar at the Italian Club in Donegal Street, Rugby, Milnerton on 25 April 2019 where Managing Director of Gauge Refrigeration Management (www.ammonia.co.nz) and Director of the Ammonia Safety New Zealand, Padriac Durham will be discussing and sharing critical knowledge and safety precautions on the use of Ammonia.
With 22 years’ experience in Ammonia Refrigeration (Two stage, multi pressure Industrial Refrigeration) Paddy’s goal is to improve safety and first aid training around Ammonia refrigeration by discussing the risks involved and methods of proactive prevention. Paddy will bring his experiences and past history of incidents and responses.
Itinerary:
8.30 – 9:00: Coffee and registration
9:00 – 10:30: Open with Ammonia Video presentation – Combined safety and First aid training.
10:30 – 11:00: Coffee break
11:00 – 13:00: Paddy will continue with his presentation.
13:00 – 13:45: Lunch break. Platters with coffee will be served (food preferences either vegetarian or Halal should be mentioned when booking)
13:45 – 15:30: Workshop for an incident and a typical response procedure.
