Yes, when your new Storax Mobile System has been installed, and you’re ready to start making use of the system; the training courses will be presented to your operators, supervisors and maintenance staff.

The Operator training consists of identification of the various components that make up the system, correct use of the system and identifying problem areas as and when they arise.

The Supervisor training is specifically designed for supervisors and maintenance staff. This training course covers the replacement of various components as well as recording damage to the mobiles, racking and housekeeping.

The training courses consist of a presentation followed by a walk through the store to allow for questions on the system itself.

The duration of the training is about 5 hours in total. What if my system isn’t new, but I have had a high staff turnover?
